Sunday Pictures

I tried really hard to get some pictures of the girls today. Kate wasn't being very cooperative. Thanks for the dresses Nana!

Hailey trying to make Kate smile!

Fixing Todd's Car

Our neighbor Todd was fixing his car the other day. Kate was absolutely intrigued. She loved playing with his tools and didn't want to leave.  Thanks Todd for being patient with Kate while she dropped your ratchet set all over the pavement.

Kate's New Bike

John and I felt like the soon to be middle child needed a little attention. Although she is clearly ready for preschool and dance NOW she can't even go next year because of her age. She cries at dance lessons hoping to join the rest of the students and she wishes she could stay at preschool when I drop off Hailey. I told John that Kate was crying at Target next to the big girl bikes wanting one. John simply said, "I'm taking Kate on a Daddy/daughter date!" Hailey was a little hysterical so I told Hailey we would go on a Mommy/daughter date to the mall. Well, John won the Daddy of the year award when he and Kate walked in with her brand new bike. Kate loves it!!!! On the other hand, after I took Hailey to the mall and then she saw Kate with her princess bike she cried and said, "The mall was not very fun!" We are still trying to convince Hailey her bike is just as cool. I'm happy for Kate no matter what when I see her cute smile!

Hailey's Last Day of Preschool

Hailey had a fun last day of preschool! The kids rode bikes in the parking lot and we had a picnic. Kate was allowed to come too!

Hailey wouldn't let go of her new unicorn (Thank you Nana Rigby)!

At the last minute Hailey went and grabbed her seven horses and wanted to show everyone. This girl is obsessed with horses/unicorns and dogs! This is Miguel she is standing with.

It's a..............................
GIRL!

Yes we are having ANOTHER sweet baby girl! Although John will be severely outnumbered we are happy and excited. I guess I don't need to re-paint the pink room blue or buy any new outfits, (BUMMER) I am pretty well prepared in the girl department! She is measuring 4 days earlier so my due date is now September 21st. I feel huge already, I don't know how I am going to make it through a hot humid summer! Goodbye for now from the HOUSEFUL OF HEINER GIRLS!!!!!! (I think I need to change my blog name)

Easter Bunny

I usually don't do this, but we were at the mall for the first time in months and the girls saw the Easter bunny. They both wanted to see him so I caved and had their picture taken too. I'm really thinking about a new scanner for Christmas, so don't judge the quality of the image. The girls do look pretty stinkin' cute. Happy Easter!

Easter Hunt

We had an Easter egg hunt in our back yard for the first time. Pretty fun!

I asked Kate to smile and she pulled this face!

My Own Little Corner

I am pretty obsessed with being organized lately. Maybe I am in the early nesting stages but I seriously open a drawer or a cabinet, see a mess, get frustrated, dump it out, and organize it. My office closet has bothered me for a while now. I am kicking myself that I didn't take a BEFORE picture but to put it simply, it was messy. Just like every closet in my home there are NO shelves! I wanted something different than the same wire shelves and frankly, I am not good with a hammer and nail. If you had seen what this closet looked like before you would understand why I am ecstatic right now. I feel like I just did an extreme home makeover to my closet.
While I was at Target I found these amazing storage units! They are actually just plastic cubes that click together! (click here if you want to check them out) They are pretty cheap and super easy to assemble (for those of us who don't have an Ikea close this will have to do). I seriously love them and I feel like a NEW woman! It is amazing what a clean room can do. Because I don't have a craft room I thought I would put our old table and chair in the closet so that I can work on a project and shut the door to keep the kids out.

They work great for toys in kids closets!
Ok, so I got a little carried away this week, but I stuck wheels on the bottom of this storage bin and Whalllaaaaah I have a perfect container for my sewing stuff to roll around on. It fits perfectly in my coat closet where I store my sewing machine!

Grandpa and Grandma Heiner Visit

We were so lucky to have Arlene and John stay with us for a couple of days! Thank you Arlene for all of the amazing food and for making the girls so happy. Thank you John Sr. for going straight to work and making grow boxes so that we can start our little garden! We love and miss you so much!
